实物跟图片一样吗? 
答:一样,因为都是由本店店长真人拍摄。除了因拍摄光线或个人电脑显色器不一样造成的微色差。

邮费能折扣吗?
答:非常抱歉!邮费都是以您的商品实际重量再依据快递公司所订下的标准计算。赶快订阅我们的简报以获得免邮费折扣或更多优惠!

完成付款后,要如何确认订单? 
系统将会自动发出邮件通知您。我们会开始为您配送。

付款后需要多久才能拿到货?
答:马来西亚以内所有商品均以快递寄出,需时1-2天。马来西亚以外区域以挂号邮包寄出,需时7-21天。

怎样的商品可接受退换?
答:只限本店发错货,邮费由本店负责。

若商品符合退换条件,要如何退换?
答:请在24小时以内联系我们的客服,我们将尽快为您处理。

QDo i need to register as a member to buy online? Why?
A: Yes, and it is free!  Sign-up so that you can use the member's features: track your order, enjoy more shopping privileges, check your order history, manage your personal information etc.

QHow do i purchase an item?

Q: Is the actual product same as the picture shown on the website?

AYes. Because we are the model ourselves. What you see is what you get.  However color may vary slightly due to your computer screen display setting or lighting effect during photo shoot.
QAny discount on the postage?
AThe postage is calculated based on the actual weight of your ordered goods and according to the carrier's charges.  There is no further discount.  Do sign up our Newsletter to enjoy free postage and more privileges.

Q: How can i know my order is confirmed after payment is made?
A: The system will generate an email to you.  We shall proceed with your order then.

QHow long do i need to wait for my parcel after payment is made?
A: Within malaysia, all parcels will be delivered by Pos Laju.  It takes 1-2 days. For international shipping, we will use parcel air mail service, it takes 7-21 days.

QUnder what situation, the item can be returned and exchanged?

AOnly if we had sent you the wrong item.  In this case, we will bear the shipping cost.

QWhat do I do if i meet the return and exchange policy?
A: Contact Us @ customer service within 24 hours, and we shall attend to you as soon as possible.
